This One's for the Seniors

I saw a video one day, about an older gentleman who lights up when listening to music from his generation. As I watched with delight, I was moved and re-inspired to pursue work with senior citizens. It was a joy to sing for seniors at one time, and dancing with them has proven to be just as wonderful! My intent is to uplift and energize; to light them up like the gentleman I saw in the video.

I created this medley as a promotional piece to bring music and dance to retirement homes and senior care centers. The full-length dance is a twenty minute performance to popular music from the 30s, 40s, and 50s, including tunes like: 'Over The Rainbow', 'I'm Beginning To See The Light', and 'Rock Around The Clock'.
